Profile II

The MAC 2000 Profile is a high performance luminaire with two rotating gobo wheels, full CMY color mixing, effect wheel and a combined color and gobo wheel.

The MAC 2000 delivers intense, pure light output generated from a 1200-watt source. An extraordinary, multi-coated, 10-lens optical system provides sharp contrast and consistent beam field characteristics. Full range zoom-to-focus effects are possible.

Two dual rotational and indexible pattern wheels are capable of new and unique effect possibilities. Each wheel houses 5 replaceable pattern effect slots plus open and also features all new gobo designs.

An additional combined color and effect wheel houses 7 color/effect positions plus open. All slots are easily replaceable. A variable frost includes two rotating effect positions as well as easy gobo fade in/out possibilities.

A newly designed CMY color-mixing system offers a nearly unlimited variety of color choices. An innovative color temperature correction (CTC) system provides for effective CTC flexibility making it possible to gradually and smoothly increase or decrease color temperature.

Variable and smooth dimming, as well as extreme strobe effects are possible via a combined dimmer/shutter. For easy adjustment of beam size as well as beam angle, a motorized zoom with a 10 to 26 degree range is included. The MAC 2000 includes a specially designed flight case of durable, water-repellent ply.

The MAC 700 Profile is a compact, powerful fixture with an output and optical precision beyond its peers. It combines a full CMY color mixing system with an 8 position color wheel and a gobo animation system for dramatic projection effects. It also features an iris, fixed gobos, rotating gobos and zoom system.

A 700 Watt, double-ended lamp works together with a tremendously efficient reflector to punch out more light than you are used to seeing in a fixture this compact.

A variable motorized zoom allows for full control over the beam angle of the MAC 700 Profile. Without restrictions or lens changes the fixture zooms continuously from 15 to 31 degrees. A variable focus system allows you to adjust the sharpness of your projection at any beam angle, whether you need a razor sharp image or a de-focused background effect.

A CMY color-mixing system mixes colors instantly and accurately. The system employs six coated dichroic flags providing a full spectrum of fantastic rich colors. Mechanically short distances make for extremely fast color bumps.

A fully DMX - controlled gobo animation system - unique to a mid-sized luminaire, is specially engineered to create spectacular animated effects such as flowing water, flames or stormy skies. The system comes complete with one animation wheel, with further wheels available to expand your library. Each wheel is quickly changed via a magnetic coupling without the use of tools.

Glass, textured glass or metal gobos fit within a six-position rotating and indexing gobo wheel, (plus open) and nine metal gobos make up a second static gobo wheel, (plus open). The combination of two gobo wheels easily allows for advanced morphing effects adding a huge range of graphical possibilities. The gobo system permits 16-bit control for extreme accuracy with all gobos easily interchangeable, removing any obstacle to your creativity.

A full range dimmer/shutter is very accurate and allows for both smooth and fast intensity changes, whether it is a long fade, or a snap to blackout. In working combination as a shutter, accelerated strobe effects are possible up to 10 Hz.

As well as the CMY color mixing system the MAC 700 Profile features a separate color wheel with eight slots plus open. Color selections may be changed quickly and easily, offering a seemingly limitless array of color combinations.

A bi-directional, 3-facet prism rotates at variable speeds, adding unique effects to gobo projection. The prism can also be replaced giving lighting professionals further options for customization. A motorized iris allows you to resize the beam quickly and accurately for fast effects with smaller beam sizes.

The PFC Electronic ballast provides the MAC 700 Profile with a flicker free image making it ideal for television and film work. It also allows hot lamp re-strikes and for the fixture to run in a reduced power mode; extending lamp life and further reducing its low noise output.

The MAC 700 Profile contains head and base temperature sensors to ensure that fan speeds are kept to a minimum; bringing noise levels right down to suit theatre and TV studio applications.

540 degree pan and 246 degree tilt are achieved through Martin¹s outstanding pan and tilt motors which give faster-than-ever movement for a fixture of this size with noticeably less noise than other fixtures on the market. An intelligent positioning correction system automatically returns the MAC 700 Profile to its original position should it accidentally be knocked out of place while a multi position, tilt lock mechanism is also featured to permit easy maintenance and handling.

Martin Mac 575 Krypton

The MAC 575 Krypton combines super efficient optics for brighter output with outstanding gobos and colors, together with MAC’s market-proven, modular construction. It is suited for stages, venues or any space that demands reliable, low-maintenance and no-nonsense performance.

Using a 575 watt, double-ended short arc lamp, the MAC 575 Krypton produces up to 11,100 lumens. As with other MAC luminaires, the lamp works with a highly efficient reflector and superior optical system to create a powerful beam of uniform light with even color distribution.

Teaming up with the dual color wheels are two gobo wheels. A six-slot rotating gobo wheel and a nine-slot fixed gobo wheel feature a set of stunning gobo designs, all replaceable. The morphing between gobos is also exceptional, with smooth and atmospheric transitions between the gobos of your choosing.

Choose from the carefully selected colors available from the two color wheels, both with eight positions plus open, split color options, and continuous rotation. All colors are interchangeable dichroic filters, meaning you can customize the fixture to your own particular requirements.

MAC 575 Krypton offers full control over the beam angle, letting you create a razor-sharp image or a de-focused background effect. The fixture zooms continuously from 16 to 31 degrees, and the variable focus system allows you to adjust the sharpness of your projection at any beam angle within this range.

The MAC 575 Krypton houses a combined dimmer/shutter capable of smooth and fast intensity changes. When used as a shutter, accelerated strobe effects up to 10 Hz are possible.

An interchangeable four-facet prism rotates at variable speeds, adding unique effects to gobo projection. The motorized iris offers quick and accurate resizing of the beam and fast or pulse effects with different beam sizes.

Martin Mania SCX500

The Mania SCX500 is a powerful yet compact 150 W halogen scanner with separate color and gobo wheels for a broad range of effects.

Compact and light for such a powerful and feature-rich light, the SCX500 is built tough for life on the road, with total safety approvals to get you the ticket into any venue.

With 15 gobos plus open, 15 colors including white and 5 mixed colors, the SCX500 powers out shows like the big boys but with all the convenience and savings of its class.

A split color option also adds to the SCX500’s array of colors and midair effects that will keep them focused on the show, whatever the occasion.

Martin FiberSource CMY 150

The FiberSource CMY150 is an automated 150 W color-changing luminaire for illuminating fiber optic cables in indoor and outdoor installations. It features seamless CMY color mixing and full-range continuous dimming.

The new Martin FiberSource CMY 150 is a professional fiber illuminator for permanent outdoor and indoor installations. Full CMY color mixing and unprecedented brightness combine to create new design possibilities for fiber applications.

Intended for permanent installations, the FiberSource CMY 150 is designed around a robust IP44 rated housing. It is based on a very efficient 150 W lamp giving 6000 hours of lamp life.

The FiberSource CMY 150 features an extremely broad color spectrum achievable from a full CMY color mixing system. Additionally, a full range dimmer gives the user an added effect dimension.

The large fiber port accepts up to 800 pieces of 1mm fiber optic cable. The fixture features DMX control and a very comprehensive stand-alone operation including real-time clock activation.
